Double winner Zendaya (People’s Female Movie Star of 2019 and People’s Drama TV Star of 2019) sported a glamorous top knot that refreshingly embraced her natural curls, rather than a traditional, slicked down and overly tidy updo.
Jennifer Aniston, always a contender for the most fabulous hair in Hollywood, went for her usual ‘beachy’, long-locked look with casually flicked edges, in a marginally darker shade of blonde than usual. Aniston was honoured with the People’s Icon of 2019 Award.
Pop star and trend-setting designer, Gwen Stefani, who was voted People’s 2019 Fashion Icon, wore her trademark platinum blonde bombshell tresses in a long sweep behind one ear.
In addition to presenting a kick-ass speech that advocated kindness and acknowledged that one person’s actions can indeed make a difference in the world, rock star Pink, who was named People’s Champion for 2019, had the sort of edgy hairdo we expect from her, namely clippered sides and pompadour, in her usual extreme blonde hue.
Actress Candice Patton went for a deliberately messy, half updo, with tendrils that framed her face becomingly.
Teenage tennis sensation, Coco Gauff, looked glamorous with her long and tidy box braids.
Singer and TV personality, Kandi Burruss, stunned with a crimped, shoulder length bob. In contrast, E presenter, Giuliana Rancic, sported a very sleek, long blonde bob with centre parting.
